🤩 A few days ago, we heard Franco speaking with Rolling Stone en Español
Franco was the focus of a special edition of Rolling Stone, joining a very small group of Argentine athletes who have appeared on the cover of this iconic publication. Beyond the symbolic milestone, the interview revealed a side of Franco we do not often see: a driver who reflects, doubts, learns, and adapts to a life moving at full speed.
The full written interview is available on the Rolling Stone website, , but here you can listen directly to Franco’s own words:
“No one teaches you how to handle this”
Franco says this during one of the most powerful moments of the conversation. And he is not talking only about driving the car. He is referring to constant pressure, expectations, emotional fatigue, and a first year in Formula 1 where learning was as intense as it was demanding.
For the first time in his career, he explains, he had to live with the frustration of not racing solely for wins, poles, or podiums. A new reality for someone used to fighting at the front.

A journey told in his own words
The interview moves through his story: from his earliest karting memories, to his teenage years living alone in Europe, and into the present as an Alpine Formula 1 driver. Franco speaks about sacrifice, solitude, discipline, and also the small things that help him stay balanced: music, nature, and moments away from the constant noise of the paddock.
