🇺🇸 Austin, the Circuit of the Americas
Franco arrives in Texas at a key moment of the season. With 27 points in the championship, P12 in the standings and 5 races left, every weekend counts. Austin is a real opportunity to score and keep closing in on the team’s goal of finishing as high as possible in the constructors’ championship.
Franco’s 2026 numbers
17 races. 27 points. 8 top 10s. And a season that still has plenty left to write.
His best results this year: P6 in Canada with 8 points, P7 in Miami and P7 in Madrid with 6 points each. The two DNFs in Baku and Singapore slowed the momentum, but the pace has been promising in the recent races.
43 Grands Prix in his career. 32 points accumulated. And the hunger to keep improving every single weekend.

👀 The Circuit of the Americas
Inaugurated in 2012, it’s one of the most complete circuits on the calendar. 5.513 km, 20 corners and a mix of everything: the famous uphill Turn 1, the technical mid-sector corners, the fast high-speed curves and a long straight that always generates overtaking.
Its main characteristics:
Turn 1: one of the most iconic in F1, with a blind uphill approach and brutal braking zone that creates drama on the opening lap
Sector 2: a sequence of corners inspired by Silverstone’s Maggotts-Becketts-Chapel complex, where the best drivers can make the difference
The asphalt bumps: COTA has an uneven surface that makes the cars bounce and finding the perfect balance very difficult
The main straight: a key overtaking zone with the new regulations’ overtake mode
Austin has long straights and heavy braking zones, which means good opportunities for overtake mode. But the asphalt bumps also complicate the management of the electrical energy, something the team will need to calibrate carefully from the very first practice session.
