Franco closed the Austrian Grand Prix in P15, after a weekend that didn't let him show his best
The extreme heat, lack of grip and a launch with boost issues made the race more challenging from the start.
We still have some great photos from the weekend:
A difficult but solid Friday: Franco finished P8 in FP1 and P16 in FP2, with the intense heat affecting rear grip. The team brought new parts to the car for this weekend.
FP3 and Qualifying: P14 in FP3. In Q2, Franco pushed hard into Turn 1 on his final lap and finished P16.
Race: started P16 on medium tyres. He had boost issues that left him with reduced power for several corners, but he kept pushing throughout. Finished P15 with two stops (lap 20 to hards, lap 46 to mediums).
