As we look ahead to the start of the new season, Franco is set to embark on a brand new chapter in his motorsport career.
Here’s what’s new for the Argentine this year…
A New Team
After showcasing his abilities with Williams Racing during the latter half of the 2024 season, Franco is now with Alpine F1 Team as their Test and Reserve Driver.
He will be used to his surroundings with Alpine being based in England but, as Test and Reserve Driver, he will have plenty of time to get used to the country roads that lead to his new office.
A Fresh Look
In tandem with his new role, he will also do his work from a new base. Switching lanes from Grove - just south of Oxford - to Enstone - just north of Oxford - Franco will already feel at home in his new area.
Brand New Website and App
If you’re reading this, you’ll already know but Franco launched his very own website and app this year.

The Next Step
As the 2025 Formula 1 season begins, Franco’s is undoubtedly at the forefront of emerging talents to watch.
As the Test and Reserve Driver, Franco will be working hard to make sure, if called upon, he will be ready for the challenge.
His work in Enstone will be making sure he is as fit as possible to deal with the physical aspects of the sport and integrating himself into his new team and surroundings as quickly and efficiently as possible.
